Cancellation and Refund Policy

XV FELAB Brazil 2026 – Congress Registration

1️ – Cancellation by Buyer's Initiative

The buyer may request cancellation of the purchase and a refund of the amount paid within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of the transaction, as provided for in Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code. After this period, no cancellations or refunds will be made, except in the cases provided for in this policy.
For purchases made in the 7 (seven) days prior to the end of sales, the cancellation request must be made up to 1 (one) day before the end.
Sales will close 15 (fifteen) days before the event start date.

2️ – Request Procedure

The cancellation request must be formalized exclusively by email: vendas@felabbrasil.com.br.
The buyer must inform:

• Full name
• Purchase date
• Proof of payment
• Bank details (if applicable)

3️ – Refund Deadlines and Methods

1. a) Credit Card
   Refund processed within 15 business days after confirmation.
   The credit may appear on up to 3 (three) subsequent invoices, according to the operator's policy.
2. b) Pix
   Refund within 7 calendar days, to the same account used for the purchase.
3. c) Bank Slip
   Refund within 15 calendar days, upon submission of valid bank details.

⏱ The credit viewing period may vary depending on the bank or payment operator.

4️ – Purchase Changes

Registration changes or change of ownership may be requested up to 30 (thirty) days before the event (deadline: 10/06/2026).
For multiple purchases, all participant data must be submitted by this date.

5️ – Cancellation or Changes by the Organization

The event schedule may be subject to change for technical, operational or force majeure reasons, without prior notice.
In case of complete cancellation of the event, the amount paid will be refunded in full, according to the payment method used, within 30 calendar days after official communication.

6️ – Final Provisions

This policy applies exclusively to congress registrations that provide access to event activities, and does not cover other purchases made during the event.
Requests made outside the established deadlines will not be processed.
Refunds will be made exclusively using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Omissions or exceptional situations must be handled directly with the event organizers through official service channels.
