He began his journey in the world of bonsai in 1979 and, since then, has transformed his passion into an internationally recognized career. He maintains a permanent exhibition center with over 500 specimens of various species, demonstrating not only his dedication but also his profound aesthetic and horticultural understanding of the art of bonsai. His skill has led him to win over 200 awards in national and international competitions.

In addition to his work as an artist, Robert is also a certified hypnotherapist and energy instructor, and maintains a hobby of collecting unique antiques and memorabilia. His intellectual output is equally significant: he frequently writes for newspapers and specialized magazines and is a columnist for several publications in the field.

With a busy international schedule, he travels the world giving courses, lectures, demonstrations, workshops, and serving as a judge at Bonsai and Penjing events. His original approach and unmistakable style have made him a global reference.
